Q.   What format does the "book on CD" take?

A. You will receive a CD with the book loaded onto it in PDF format you will need a FREE program like Adobe Reader or similar on your computer to read the file.

Q. Can I print out the e-book?

A. Yes there is no printing restrictions on the file.

Q. What format does the DVD come in?

A. It is in PAL format but has been approved for all zones and regions so should play on most modern DVD players anywhere in the world or on computers that have a DVD player installed.

Q. Apart from "Paypal" what other payment options do I have to make a purchase from you?

Q. How quickly do you post my order and where is it coming from?
